We use this hole saw when we are going to insert 8cm logs into posts when building, for example, horse fences or Parallelogram Small.
First we saw with this hole saw to get a nice hole with straight, nice edges and then we mill it out with a Milwaukee Selfeed drill bit 76mm. Don't forget to order the center drill/holder.

A high quality TCT Carbide YG11 hole saw with carbide tips for fast hole making in most materials. Cuts more than 5 gr faster than traditional bimetal hole saws and has a long service life. Cuts in: wood, chipboard, MDF, laminate, plastic, plaster, lightweight concrete, leca, fiberglass as well as tiles and stone materials up to a hardness of MoHS 6. Not to be used in steel and metal materials. The hole saws have standard thread and driver holes. NOTE! Does NOT fit in standard hole saw holders with SHORT center drill, because the HM hole saw is deeper than standard bimetal. Use special holders with long center drill, or replace the short center drill in the standard holder with a longer one. Delivered without center drill and adapter. TCT = Tungsten Carbide Tipped
