You build parallelograms at the ends of the fence in order to handle the force that arises in a well-tensioned fence, regardless of whether it is wire or netting. The principle is that the farthest post where the netting or wire is attached receives a pull in the direction of the fence and this pull is distributed via the log to the other post. The force in the second post goes down the stay wire back to the bottom of the first post. The parallelogram thus takes care of the force from the fence and distributes it within itself without pulling the posts out of position. It is important to note that the length of the log is not too short, because then it counteracts its function and instead receives a lifting force. Please contact us for advice.
