Our rock stud with wedge, 18x175mm, is produced by our own brand, Green Fence.
Green Fence Rock Stud is Hot-dip galvanized according to SS 4360104, min 650g/m2.
The material of the rock stud consists of general construction steel according to SS142134-SS steel 2134.
Installation of Green Fence Rock Stud with wedge:
Drill a 22-23mm hole 18cm deep, place the wedge in the groove at the bottom of the rock stud and knock it down into the bottom of the hole so that the wedge is driven in and locks the rock stud. We always install two rock studs per post opposite each other to ensure that the post is properly seated over time. The post is mounted in the rock stud with French Wood Screw 10 x 75mm in all three holes.
